At For Jean, we believe in gifts that grow and smiles that last. We understand, though, that sometimes even the best-chosen leafy friend might not strike the right chord. Here’s how we can keep the good vibes growing if you’re looking to return a gift:
Change of Heart
If you have a change of heart about your gift choice, reach out to us within 3 hours of your purchase. This short time frame is due to the fast turn around time required for next-day delivery. We're here to help you select a new plant pal that's more your tune. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind if contacted within this time frame.
Our Green Guarantee
Each plant is hand-picked and prepped for its journey, but if your green buddy arrives a little wilted or worse for wear, let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll turn that frown upside down with a replacement or a credit note – because wilted is not the new wow.
How to Initiate a Return
Simply drop us a line at forjeangifting@gmail.com with your order number, and our team of plant-loving experts will get back to you faster than a Monstera grows in summer.
Remember to include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- A photo of the plant concern (if applicable)
What Happens Next?
Once we've got all the details, we’ll work our magic to fix the issue. If a return is the way to go, we’ll guide you through the steps to send your plant back to its nursery. Once we receive it, we’ll process your exchange, credit note, or refund posthaste.
A Little Note on Refunds
Refunds are issued at the discretion of For Jean. If approved, they’ll be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your shout, love.
